How Does My Purchase Benefit Military Families?

How Fresh is My Coffee When I Receive it?

Our coffee is roasted to order, guaranteeing the freshest possible coffee. Every bag that leaves the roaster has a “roasted on” date stamped on the top sealed edge, so you can know exactly when it was roasted. You can tell it’s the top 1% coffee in the world once you take that first sip.

How Should I Store My Coffee for Ultimate Freshness?

Your beans’ greatest enemies are air, moisture, heat, and light. To preserve your beans’ fresh roasted flavor as long as possible, store them in a dark, air-tight container at room temperature.

Is Honorbound Coffee Fair Trade?

Our coffee is all ethically grown, guaranteeing farmer safety. It's shade-grown, guaranteeing bird habitat while preventing soil erosion. It’s fairly traded, guaranteeing a fair wage as the landowners and farmers determine price and farming practices.

Do You Have Recommendations for Brewing?

Yes! First and foremost, whenever possible, grind directly before brewing. This will help maintain freshness, and allow you to get the most from your coffee. Additionally, we recommend a heaping tablespoon per two cups of coffee (8oz cups).

How Much Coffee Comes in Each Bag?

Every bag is 12 ounces of coffee which makes about 28 cups of glorious tasting coffee.

Can I Brew With a Keurig or Use a Kcup?

We are located just outside of Seattle, WA on Camano Island.

I Just Ordered Coffee, When Will it Arrive?

We ship all our Coffee 1-3 days so that it arrives as fresh as possible. The closer you are to Seattle, WA the more likely it will be 1 day. If you order after our last shipment on Friday then it will be 1-3 days from Monday.

How Do I Cancel My Honorbound Coffee Subscription?

We'd be very sad to see you go, but be assured, we have a 100% guaranteed no-hassle cancelation policy. All you do is call 844-94-HONOR and let us know you'd like to cancel.

How Do I Update My Order?

To update your credit card, change your address, or modify your shipping schedule or date, simply call us at 844-94-HONOR (Monday-Friday, 7am - 4pm PST).

When Will My Package Ship?

Generally, we try and ship all packages the next business day from when the order was placed. If you ever have a question on the status of your order, just shoot us a message via our contact form.

I Did Not Receive An account Email Confirmation, Where is it?

Please check your spam folder and add us to your contact list so the emails do not continue going to your spam. If you don't see it there, email us so we can confirm your email on file and resend a confirmation. Email: contactus@honorboundcoffee.com

I Forgot My Password, How Do I Reset It?

On the top right of our homepage you will see a login button Click on that and then select "Forgot Your Password?" You will be able to enter the email address you used to order and get a new password sent to you.

How Do I Change My Shipping Address for My Subscription?

Log in to the customer portal by using the Login button at the top right of the homepage. In the customer portal click on "Address Book."

I Received an Order of Coffee and I Would Like to Return it, is That Possible?

Since we roast all our coffee to order we cannot resell any coffee returned to us. For that reason we do not accept returns. Please call us if you need a refund for extenuating circumstances 844-94-HONOR.
