How does my HonorBound subscription work?

  1. Pick your roast, grind or K-cup and shipping frequency.
  2. We send you an order confirmation
  3. We roast your whole bean or ground coffee to order.
  4. We ship your coffee to you.
  5. 100% of the net profit from your coffee purchase goes to military families.

How does HonorBound source their coffee?

Our coffee is all ethically grown with the environment in mind and guaranteeing farmer safety. We source our coffee beans from importers who are committed to ethical pricing to ensure sustainability and fair pricing to farmers.

Do you have recommendations for brewing?

Yes! First and foremost, whenever possible, grind whole beans directly before brewing. This will help maintain freshness, and allow you to get the most from your coffee. Additionally, we recommend a heaping tablespoon per two cups of water (8 oz cups).

What roasts do you carry and what is the difference?

We carry Light Roasted, Medium Roasted, and Dark Roasted Coffees. The primary difference between roasts is a balance between tasting the natural coffee flavor (light roast) and tasting the roast (dark roast). Everyone has a preference and we make sure to have a coffee for each preference. We do not over roast any of our coffee.

How do I know I am receiving the freshest coffee?

Every bag that leaves our master roaster has a “roasted on” date stamped on each bag, so you can know exactly when it was roasted. 

Which coffee has the most caffeine?

Caffeine is reduced as coffee is roasted longer, so a dark roast has less caffeine than a light roast. Just keep in mind this principle: More caffeine does NOT mean more energy.

How does my purchase benefit military families?

Every day we benefit from the sacrifice of our military families. These families are paying the heaviest price for our whole American family.  This is why we have committed 100% of the net profits of HonorBound Coffee to support those who serve and protect us. We donate and partner with organizations including Semper Fi and Freedom Mobility who have an excellent record of meeting the critical needs of our service men, women and their families.

I just ordered coffee, when will it arrive?

We ship all our coffee within 1-3 days of your order so that it arrives as fresh as possible.

How do I update my order?

To update your credit card, change your address, or modify your shipping schedule or date, you can log in to your account on honorboundcoffee.com, or simply call us at 844-94-HONOR. You can also make the above changes through email (contactus@honorboundcoffee.com), or live chat at our website.

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

On the top right of our homepage you will see a login button. Please click on this button and then select “Forgot Your Password?” You will be able to enter the email address you used to order and get a new password sent to you.

My account dashboard says “You have no active subscriptions”, but I definitely do. Why is this?

We sincerely apologize for this issue. HonorBound Coffee has undergone major system and website update to increase security and scalability. Unfortunately, this has resulted in customer order information not appearing on their dashboard. We ensure you that your subscription is active. If there are any changes to your order that are needed (date, roast, grind, etc.) please reach out to contactus@honorboundcoffee.com. Once your change is made, your account will be on our new system and your order should appear in your dashboard!

What do you need my email for?

We are an internet-based business. Email is essential to maintaining contact with you regarding your account, coffee changes, ship dates, etc. Be assured, we do not share or sell your information. Your information is safe with us!

What do you need my phone number for?

We have to have a way to contact you in the event there is something wrong with your order and we cannot get a response via email. We do not sell your information. Your information is safe with us!

Do you take Visa gift cards to purchase coffee?

At this time, HonorBound does allow Visa gift cards. However, please be aware that once the gift card runs out of funds, the subscription will be paused on the next cycle and no order will be processed. We request that you replace your payment processing details as soon as possible to continue to receive your coffee! 

I want to offer honorbound coffee in my cafe, restaurant or business, what do I do?

HonorBound offers 5 lb. bags of coffee beans or ground coffee for your business. Please contact us at contactus@honorboundcoffee.com or call us at 844-94-HONOR.

Why hasn’t my order arrived?

We apologize for this inconvenience! A common issue with orders not being received at our facility is expired credit cards. Our system will notify you via email if your credit card is expiring in the next 3 months. We kindly ask that you login to your account and update your payment information when you receive this notification – this will ensure that you will continue to get your coffee without interruption! Where is honorbound coffee located?

Our offices and the artisan roasting of our fresh coffee is located in the Greater Seattle area.

How can I take part in the HonorBound mission?

We are always looking for new ways to support our veterans and their families. Please email us with any ideas you have to help us further the Mission. We’d love to honor your friends and family members who have served in any of the U.S. Armed Force Branches.  With your permission, we are happy to share their stories, your pictures, videos and bios on our HonorBound Coffee “Family Stories”  Please reach out to contactus@honorboundcoffee.com. We will not be able to share all stories and will confirm before we post them during an upcoming month.
